Memory Catcher specializes in the production of quality personal and corporate video biography and audio biography projects.



Video biographies may vary from short tribute videos to biographies similar to those seen on TV.  They may range from unedited interviews to more elaborate autobiographies including photographs, music, keepsakes, etc. Video biographies may be taped as a single interview of an individual person, or interviews of a couple or family together using multiple cameras.



Memory Catcher’s Talking Story audio biographies are perfect for those who are camera shy, or those who wish to record their stories in audio format only.



To accommodate varying demands, we have a range of packages to fit most budgets.  Prices vary depending upon your goals, including your budget, and the length and complexity of your biography. Please contact us to discuss your vision and receive a detailed price estimate for your project.​



A 50% deposit is required before taping,
with an additional 25% due the day of filming,
and the balance due upon receipt of the final DVD.

Raw footage of all interviews is provided along with the finished product.

​Time is of the Essence
Memory Catcher urges clients not to delay filming their video biography interview. The need to capture your family story now is vital, as none of us are guaranteed tomorrow. At a minimum, we encourage our clients to capture your story on film or audio now. A copy of your unedited footage may be retained, and the option to have the footage edited into a more finished product in the future will be available should you wish, but in the meantime, you will at least have documented your family stories.  Memory Catcher can complete your autobiography now, with the option to add additional “life chapters,” or discs, added as you journey further through life.

A Note Regarding Music
Please be aware that your favourite music may not necessarily be able to be included in your video biography. The rights to use commercial music can be quite expensive. To avoid these high costs, Memory Catcher uses music from licenced music libraries instead.

 



Expenses for travel outside of the Edmonton area are billed at cost, plus fee.
